There are so many surprising ways to include lavender in your cooking. We have chosen six of our favorite locally grown Michigan recipes to share with you in the Recipe Packet. Somehow, we find a way to include our lavender in just about everything! Lavender lemonade is elegant and heavenly. You will want to serve it at all your special occasions (weddings, showers, graduation, birthdays, on the boat and more).

We included Provence lavender on our farm for its culinary superiority. The delicate Provence flowers are included in the Herbs de Provence, our special mix that will take your taste buds to new heights. Herbs de Provence is a bounty of herbs long used in Provence and many regions of France. The organic “Herbs de Provence” contains: Rosemary; Basil; Marjoram; Winter Savory; Oregano; Thyme, Lavender Flowers, Peppermint Leaves. These herbs are very flavorful and unless you are familiar with their flavors, you may wish to be a little conservative as you first experiment.
